Kristen Allen

My best friend forever. Kristen was a double heart transplant recipient, and lived and loved like no other. She brought sunshine and love with her everywhere she went. She made sure that everyone she encountered knew that they had a purpose, and that they always had a friend in her. Despite her health, she lived life to the fullest. Constantly traveling and going to concerts. She served her community, and our lord, and with all that she had. 

For over 25 years, I was lucky enough to call her my best friend. She was the goofiest girl I knew. She was my bonus sister, confidant, and adventure buddy. 

All the words, in every language, are not enough to describe how truly special she was, and how deeply missed she is.
